How can I resolve a negative balance?
If your account has a negative balance, it will be handled through an automated process. Negative balances in eligible accounts are systematically reviewed and processed regularly, ensuring a smooth and efficient resolution process. Manual resets are no longer available through the client portal or Vantage app.
If your account remains in a negative balance for longer than one day, please contact the Support Team for further assistance.
