To archive card details that are no longer in use, please follow these steps:
- Navigate to the "withdrawal" page under the "funds" section located in the left menu.
- Enter the withdrawal amount and select the card you wish to archive.
- Upload an official bank letter or email stating that the card is no longer available, along with a bank statement showing transactions made with the card.
- Confirm and click the "update" button.
Once your card details are archived, you can proceed to submit withdrawal requests using other payment methods. Our relevant department will review your request accordingly.
Please note that this function is only accessible via the client portal and is not supported on the Vantage app.
