What is a Company account?
This account is specifically designed for businesses and corporations. Unlike an Individual account, a Company account is registered in the name of a business entity rather than a single person.
Document required for a Company account:
- Certificate of incorporation
- ASIC Company Extract/Certificate of Incumbency
- Proof of identity (POI) and proof of address (POA) for all directors, Ultimate Beneficiaries and Designated Users (dated within the last 3 months)
- Company proof of address (POA) (dated within the last 3 months)
- Letter of Authorization (LOA)
