What is a Joint account?
This account is shared by two individuals, who have equal access to the funds and are equally responsible for any fees or charges.
How to open a Joint account
- Before opening a Joint account, both parties interested in opening a Joint account should each have their individual live trading accounts registered separately with Vantage.
- You can sign up a live trading account here.
- To create a Joint account, you will need to provide us with a new email address that is not already registered with Vantage. This unique email address will be linked to your Joint account.
- Next, reach out to our Support Team via email at support@vantagemarkets.com.au with the subject line “Joint Account Application”. In this email, include the following details:

- The new, unique email address you wish to apply for a Joint account with.
- The UID of both parties’ live accounts, located in the top-right corner of the client portal.
- Proof of identity (e.g., passport, driver’s license, or other government-issued ID).
- Proof of residential address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or similar documents).

Once your Joint account is successfully created, you will receive confirmation via email. This email will include login details for accessing your Joint account.
